We got the car which we requested. However, it was missing one booster seat (Which we paid for) , and the infant seat was not that safe, it was dangled with an open space from the back.

We just wanted to say thanks for a fantastic service.
Simon was the ultimate professional and greeted us with a welcoming smile (and too big umbrellas).
On the return pickup he stood out from the rest of the drivers (who were mainly in white shirts and pants) and still looked fresh in a black suit.
As soon as we walked out of the venue Simon was there to meet us and even managed to bring the car curb side.
We would definitely use your service again and recommend to family and friends.
