We have used Paul & Cathy both for business and personally for many years now and can't recommend them highly enough. Their dedication to customer service is second to none and all of their drivers arrive on time and are very professional and friendly. They take time to understand each client and their range of transport options are extensive. Nothing is ever too much hassle and they go out of their way to assist where needed. I hired Mark IX Classic Jaguar White for my daughter’s formal 2023, absolutely beautiful. Very professional service from Booking to Chauffeur with perfect attire. They were waiting with a sign for me (which was great) since most other options I reviewed didn’t’t incude that. We got the car which we requested. Not only are the are punctual, communicate well, are very reliable and have very good quality vehicles but more importantly, they look after my family and make life easier. We had a 5 Star experience on Saturday night 1/12/18. I booked a stretch Limousine for our works Christmas function and would highly recommend Tic Tac Tours. We just wanted to say thanks for a fantastic service.
Simon was the ultimate professional and greeted us with a welcoming smile (and too big umbrellas).
On the return pickup he stood out from the rest of the drivers (who were mainly in white shirts and pants) and still looked fresh in a black suit.
As soon as we walked out of the venue Simon was there to meet us and even managed to bring the car curb side.
We would definitely use your service again and recommend to family and friends.
